The Community Hope Fund supports programs that build "Developmental
Assets" in youth as established by the Search Institute. Developmental
Assets are the personal relationships, opportunities and qualities that help
youth to thrive and protect them from harmful and unhealthy choices. After-

How to Apply for Grants
The Community Hope Fund awards small grants to organizations that:
Preference will be given to organizations conducting programs within the
Township of Ocean or that have had difficulty obtaining funding through
traditional sources.
Applications must be postmarked by May 31, 2011. Application Form

- Building self-esteem
- Fostering a love of learning
- Reinforcing emotional health and physical well-being
How to Apply for Grants
The Community Hope Fund awards small grants to organizations that:
- Employ innovative and research-based models to promote youth
development - Conduct programs within a 20-mile radius of the Township of Ocean,
Monmouth County, New Jersey - Have clear and reasonable goals and measurable outcomes
Preference will be given to organizations conducting programs within the
Township of Ocean or that have had difficulty obtaining funding through
traditional sources.
